Donnelly engineering offer a range of engine rebuild kits, including Diesel and Performance. With Donnelly’s FREE pick up and deliver service on the gold coast, now its even easier to get your engine rebuilt.

DIESEL KITS

Our Diesel engine rebuild kits allow you to get that new engine performance without the high price and the inconvenience of changing your engine number.

All of our kits include the following:

PARTS *does not include labour

Cylinder liners, pistons, rings, conrod bushes, camshaft bearings, conrod bearings, main bearings, bearings, complete engine gasket set, brass welsh plugs.

LABOUR

Engine blocks and components chemically cleaned, liners (if applicable)fitted and restored to size, surface grinding of the block, set the depth of the cylinder liner recesses, cam bearings fitted to block, conrod bushes fitted honed & conrods aligned, conrod tunnels closed & honed, crankshaft crack tested, regrind crankshaft, main bearing tunnels resized, reconditioned cylinder heads.

ENGINE REBUILD KITS

Unassembled engine kits include the following:

Pistons, piston rings, conrod bearings, main bearings, camshaft bearings, complete engine gasket set.

LABOUR

Block cleaned, rebore and hone cylinders, pin fit conrods and pistons, conrod tunnels closed and honed, camshaft bearings fitted, crankshaft reground, main tunnels checked and resized, surface grind cylinder block, reconditioned cylinder heads.

PERFORMANCE REBUILD KITS

Our performance rebuild kits include the following:

PARTS *does not include labour

Pistons - hypereutectic, Hastings piston rings, conrod bearings, main bearings, cam bearings, Welch plug kit, Durapro or Felpro gaskets, Rollmaster premium chain set, Mellings oil pump.

LABOUR

Engine blocks and components cleaned, rebore and hone cylinders, pin fit pistons to conrods, conrod tunnels closed and honed, camshaft bearings fitted, crankshaft crack tested, crankshaft reground and radiused, main bearing tunnels checked, surface grind block faces, reconditioned cylinder heads.
